Returns

  1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons or due to their nature. These include personalized or customized items (unless they are defective), final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable.

Initiating a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging or an appropriate shipping container. Include all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the packing slip.

Return Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance to ensure that your return is received by us safely.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue the refund via a suitable alternative.

Exchanges
